The “La Rural” building located at 4450/56 Juncal Street will certify LEED Core & Shell V3.

It will consist of underground levels, a basement block at ground floor and two floors, and a thirteen-storey tower building, plus machine rooms on terrace. The first four levels will be occupied by the offices of the Argentine Rural Society (SRA), from 5th to 10th floors will even be offices, while the 11th to 15th floors will be suitable for professional apartments and studios.

In a short time, the urban landscape of Corrientes Avenue will have a new lighthouse. In the corner of the emblematic avenue and the Esmeralda street, the Odeón Tower will rise, thus baptized in honor of the theater that was demolished in the early 90's. The project, by Dujovne-Hirsch & Asociados with BMA, will come to comply with Law 14,800, which requires the owners of a site where there was a theater, are required to incorporate a new one of similar characteristics.

There will be more than 400 parking spots in several underground levels. This was a real hard task with lots of constructive difficulties, since the existence of two subway lines in the area. Therefore, the structural consultant, Alberto Fainstein, developed a shoring strategy for the excavation, taking advantage of the reinforcement pieces that will then be incorporated into the final structure.

Designed by the French studio AS Architecture Studio, the Building interacts with the context enabling the harmonious integration of the project and the site while simultaneously allowing the autonomy of a remarkable and iconic work in the Palermo neighborhood. The facade was conceived as the skin of a living organism. A skin of transparent, translucent and reflective glass sheets that allows the building to open or close, breathe, protect, illuminate and capture solar energy.

From a sustainable point of view, this skin measures the energy losses and gains of the building. From an urban point of view, through a sensual set of curves, it is possible to adapt to the discontinuous geometry of Palermo, regenerating a continuous landscape for the city.

Location: San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina

In a strategic location on Panamericana, 16,000 square meters of offices interact with nature. The design of HI Panamericana is from the French studio AS Architecture Studio that has large architectural projects in different cities around the world.

Jack Green projects in the long term and this translates into sustainable, luxury and energy efficient buildings. HI will soon be awarded with the Leed certification, having 16,000 square feet of green terraces, energy savings and water consumption between 40 and 50%.

Hi proposes a new format of offices and totally changes the way offices look, live and the way they operate.

This office building will be located in Oliden 40, it will have 7 floors above ground level plus two underground parking levels.
Obra Social Mercedes Benz (O.S.M.B.) is complying with LEED CS V3 standards, with great advantage of the facilities, generating great benefit for its employees.

Preferential parking spots for shared and low-emission vehicles will be incorporated, solar energy will be used to heat the water for showers, rainwater will be used for toilets and urinals, sustainable cleaning products will be used during the operation, presence sensors will be added in the lighting design that will be with all Led and efficient fixtures. Additionally, regional materials and glass with air chamber will be used, among other measures that were taken demonstrating its commitment to the environment.

Lex Tower will be distinguished by its curved format and by being all glazed.
It will be erected between Paraná and Uruguay streets, where the emblematic Politeama theater was functioning, and now its reopening, in a new room, is part of the project.

It will have a double height entrance and the offices will go from 430sqft to full floors of 9,700sqft, all with important views thanks to the glass front without partitions (Curtain Wall System). Offices will have kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.

The project will have special parking areas for efficient vehicles, rainwater control, green roof and the use of regional materials, plus other sustainable elements, the building seeks to obtain the LEED CS certification.

QIUB is a project that is developed on a plot of 25,700sqft that faces three streets of an atypical block.
The land is located on the corner of Juan B. Justo and Honduras, and has also access through Humboldt street. It will have 150,000sqft of office space.

The building will be a 27-story office tower, which will have 3 commercial premises, 8 movie theaters, a food court and a parking garage. Offices with a total area from 730 to 1,000sqft , in the lower part of the tower (3rd to 6th floors), and then floor plans from 5,700sqft total, with offices of 1,500sqft to 1,800sqft.
