COMMISSIONING

COMMISSIONING IS A QUALITY PROCESS IN ALL STAGES OF A CONSTRUCTION DESPITE ANY ATTEMPT TO CERTIFY THE BUILDING WITHIN THE LEED PARAMETERS OR TO BE JUST A STANDARD BUILDING.

This process is born from the pre-design of the building as a quality service and reflects the requirements of the Owner (OPR) together with the Design Baselines (BOD).

  • 01. OPR Project intent. Basis of Design.
  • 02. Review of the executive documentation and work completion issued by the Main Contractor and other contracts of the Client.
  • 03. Verification of factory certification for selected systems.
  • 04. Filling out forms to enter the "Leed On Line" System.
  • 05. Development of the Commissioning Plan.
  • 06. Job site visits.
  • 07. Follow-up of material delivery for the necessary final commissioning report.
  • 08. Verification of testing and balance.
  • 09. Review of operation, maintenance and installation manuals.
  • 10. Final Report.
