This office building will be located in Oliden 40, it will have 7 floors above ground level plus two underground parking levels.
Obra Social Mercedes Benz (O.S.M.B.) is complying with LEED CS V3 standards, with great advantage of the facilities, generating great benefit for its employees.

Preferential parking spots for shared and low-emission vehicles will be incorporated, solar energy will be used to heat the water for showers, rainwater will be used for toilets and urinals, sustainable cleaning products will be used during the operation, presence sensors will be added in the lighting design that will be with all Led and efficient fixtures. Additionally, regional materials and glass with air chamber will be used, among other measures that were taken demonstrating its commitment to the environment.
