Citibank Mitre is a bank branch and office building located in the financial district of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The building was built in 1980.

Citibank chose LEED for Existing Buildings (EBOM) to support the environmental efforts that had been made in recent years, providing new opportunities for additional energy and water savings and certify the building's operations as the best in its class.

The Citibank B. Miter branch is a building located at the intersection of Bartolomé Mitre and San Martín streets. It is in the financial hub of the district of San Nicolás, city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, located in the very center of the governmental, commercial and financial area.

Citibank has a firm determination to incorporate sustainable policies, committed to conducting business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
Its commitment to the environment has led them to take different measures in order to maximize benefits, optimize processes and improve the quality of services in an integral way, taking into account the environmental impact they generate on the community.

Citicenter is a 2-story building plus ground floor located in Prilidiano Pueyrredon 2989. Martinez. In the building there are offices for Banco Santander Rio and Telefe.
Currently, the building seeks to achieve LEED E&OM certification for existing buildings seeking to consolidate its concern about the environmental impact and reinforcing the policies and practices applied therein.

Bouchard 710 Building

Bouchard 710 Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Bouchard 710 is an office building acquired by IRSA S.A. in June 2005, and located in the Retiro area.
The building is a 12-story tower, whose average area per floor is 13,500 sqft. and the number of parking spaces reaches 180 units.

Among the tenants are Sibille S.C. (KPMG), Microsoft de Argentina S.A., Samsung Electronics Argentina S.A., Energy Consulting Services S.A. and Chubb Argentina de Seguros S.A.

The purpose of the project is to reduce the environmental impact of the building on the operations and maintenance of the property.
For this aspect, it is under process the improving of the purchase methods of the materials acquired for continuous use, reducing the amount of waste generated in the efficiency, improving maintenance and prevention plans, and increase global energy efficiency through practices of improvements in operation and maintenance.

The American Express building located in Plaza San Martín is placed in the Retiro area, in the City of Buenos Aires.
Being an area of great tourist attraction for its historical importance, the building has a great character in the area and places it as a reference within the City.

LUMINA PANAMERICANA I is an avant-garde design development composed of three free-perimeter buildings that make up a complex of purely corporate offices and that meet the high standards that multinational companies demand. Its location is close to the intersection of the Panamerican Highway and the Debenedetti Street, in Vicente López district, where there is an excellent offer of public transport and services. A few meters away is one of the most important shopping centers in Buenos Aires.

Lumina Puerto de Olivos

Location: Olivos, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lumina Puerto de Olivos is a free perimeter 9-story tower with 2 underground levels located on Avenida del Libertador and Corrientes, Olivos.

It is intended for the rental of commercial offices, and has a total area of 125,000 sqft with a rentable area of 87,000 sqft.

The building is in the process of LEED v3 certification for Existing Buildings (Operation and Maintenance), a qualification that maximizes efficiency in operation and maintenance while at the same time minimizing environmental impacts and increasing the well-being of occupants.

Alem 518 Building

Alem 518 Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Green Buildings is working together with Hersil S.A. to achieve a LEED Existing Building certification without additional costs in this 194,000sqft office building designed by Mario Roberto Álvarez + Asociados.

The building is in the process of Audit because it has high annual consumption that must be reduced to achieve the desired certification.
