ENERGY AUDITS

ASHRAE LEVEL 1, 2, OR 3 AUDITS ARE MORE SEVERE THAN CLASSICAL AUDITS AND ARE TYPICALLY FOR CUSTOMERS APPLYING FOR THE LEED-EXISTING BUILDING CERTIFICATION.

The energy efficiency audit consists of a complete study of the building and its facilities to determine energy consumption. In this way, the factors that impact on consumption are identified together with  possible energy savings.

The technical and economic aspects that influence the energy consumption of all facilities are contemplated in the Energy Efficiency Audit. The main objective of this study is to understand consumption management and determine where it may be used improperly. Through this process, measures that reduce electricity consumption and achieve a competitive advantage can be proposed. When the sources of energy consumption are identified, a report is established with the energy analysis with the preservation measures.

ASHRAE AUDIT focuses on low-cost/non-cost energy conservation measures, and also provides a comprehensive list.

These reports highlight the expected return on investment and the projected savings will be presented in such a way that it provides intensive details, giving complete confidence to the investor for higher cost conservation measures.
