Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Designed by the French studio AS Architecture Studio, the Building interacts with the context enabling the harmonious integration of the project and the site while simultaneously allowing the autonomy of a remarkable and iconic work in the Palermo neighborhood. The facade was conceived as the skin of a living organism. A skin of transparent, translucent and reflective glass sheets that allows the building to open or close, breathe, protect, illuminate and capture solar energy.

From a sustainable point of view, this skin measures the energy losses and gains of the building. From an urban point of view, through a sensual set of curves, it is possible to adapt to the discontinuous geometry of Palermo, regenerating a continuous landscape for the city.
