Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project is located on a 23,700 sqft corner plot, and it is a free perimeter building.
It has 5 levels of open space office floors, with a recessed sixth floor. At ground level there will be a commercial spaces, and on the 2 underground levels 112 parking spots. The 10,800 sqft open space floor plans are designed to be divided into 2 or 4 units.

A careful design has incorporated sustainable aspects such as spaces for bicycles, cloakrooms, energy efficient curtain wall, green terraces, high technology AC equipment, thermal solar tanks, LED lighting in common areas, waste separation, and rainwater collection methods.
With all these environmentally friendly construction advantages, Domus is in the process of obtaining the LEED CS certification.

GIGA is an office building, designed as part of the DOT Mall area. The unique building links the interior space with the park through a patio that opens and closes at different levels forming exterior terraces and a semi-covered access atrium.

The building offers large-scale office floor plans with a ceiling height much greater than the standard 13 feet.
The building has 9 floors and 2 parking floors under the plaza. The ground floor is linked through the patio with the first level of garages.

Project developed by the construction company Arupac and designed by the studio Mario Roberto Alvarez y Asociados.
The building will have a total of 204,000 sqft for office units.
It has 2 underground levels and 10 office floors that will be developed under LEED standards.

It is located in Blas Parera 31, between Gral. Paz and Francisco Narciso de Laprida, in the town of Florida, Vicente López, only 0.3 miles from the new DOT Shopping.

Location: Cordoba, Cordoba, Argentina.

The developer Jorge Ribeiro Construcciones is behind the architectural project, technical direction and construction of the new building that will require an investment of 70 million pesos.
The venture is located on Avenida Pueyrredón 178 and will have almost 140,000sqft.
There will be 51 apartment units, more than 100 parking spots, two stores and nine office spaces. 

The project will recover and recycle gray waters, solar panels for lighting common areas and exterior spaces. There will also have an external enclosure with low conductivity using light, heat or wind for freshening or heating.

The new Banco Macro project is the new headquarters corporate base in downtown Buenos Aires.
It will be the first LEED office project in Argentina designed by Cesar Pelli.
