Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project is located on a 23,700 sqft corner plot, and it is a free perimeter building.
It has 5 levels of open space office floors, with a recessed sixth floor. At ground level there will be a commercial spaces, and on the 2 underground levels 112 parking spots. The 10,800 sqft open space floor plans are designed to be divided into 2 or 4 units.

A careful design has incorporated sustainable aspects such as spaces for bicycles, cloakrooms, energy efficient curtain wall, green terraces, high technology AC equipment, thermal solar tanks, LED lighting in common areas, waste separation, and rainwater collection methods.
With all these environmentally friendly construction advantages, Domus is in the process of obtaining the LEED CS certification.
