GIGA is an office building, designed as part of the DOT Mall area. The unique building links the interior space with the park through a patio that opens and closes at different levels forming exterior terraces and a semi-covered access atrium.
The building offers large-scale office floor plans with a ceiling height much greater than the standard 13 feet.
The building has 9 floors and 2 parking floors under the plaza. The ground floor is linked through the patio with the first level of garages.
