Location: Neuquén, Neuquén, Argentina.

The BPN Tower is part of the constructions called “smart building” or intelligent building, since all its elements will be monitored by means of a computerized building management system, called “BMS Building Manager System”.

The building, whose construction began in July 2014, has a basement for 70 vehicles, 20 bicycle stands, training rooms and an auditorium for 200 people, open work spaces with capacity for 50 working stations per floor, dining room and deck, 25 meeting rooms , informal meeting spaces on each floor, internal patios. It matches the LEED standards certification, direct connection with the company headquarters and new branches. The building also has sun protection outside structures for light and heat regulation plus a fire detection system, among other outstanding features.

GO GREEN OFFICE is an AAA office building located on Avenida 9 de Julio, on the corner of Lima and Carlos Calvo. It has thirteen floors of open plan offices of 2,000 to 5,000 sqft, and was designed by the offices of Mario Roberto Alvarez.

It is a modern office building located just 10 minutes away from the technological pole (Parque Patricios), the decentralization area of the City Government offices (Barracas) and at the same time be at an optimal distance from the financial district.

GO GREEN OFFICE is an ideal response to an existing demand. It is the possibility of being able to work close to everything without the trouble of downtown.

Al Rio is a development of Ribera Desarrollos S.A., which is located on a 16-hectare property strategically located in front of the Río de la Plata and steps from the City of Buenos Aires, at the intersection of Avenida Del Libertador and General Paz.

The Al Rio project is a mixed-use urban development in a unique natural environment, consisting of a first-class shopping center, residences, gastronomic center and leisure spaces, plus corporate offices and destination for small and medium companies.

Metro Office 1 is an “AAA” Class Office building, with LEED certification, designed with a ground floor and 5 floors. This project consists of 5 last generation office units of 5400 sqft per floor.

The concept design intend to generate a product with high added value, through a cutting-edge project with solutions that privilege space, lighting and exterior views.
There is special focus on aspects such as access security, incorporation of advanced technology equipment in air conditioning, networks and communications, integral courtain wall on its triple front façade, among others.

Location: San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Thames Office Park is a project by MRA+A located in San Isidro, province of Buenos Aires.
The building was finished in 2014. Its design is based on the concepts of sustainability.

The complex has 447,000 sqft. of office space.

Location: Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This office building has an open floor plan ground level where the main access is located and some parking spots for tenants and others reserved for visitors.
For the exterior surfaces, an absorbent floor is provided with an intertwined concrete and grass floor pattern.

The building has two floors above the ground level, reaching a height of 40 feet, and 12 feet recessed from the Municipal Line, taking the entire width of the lot.
The project compose a low architectural piece that relates to the urban space of the street.

The project carried out by AG3 Developments is another icon of the HIT line family.
Located in the heart of Parque Patricios, the new building is one of the first LEED Certified buildings in the area.

The project includes a building with open floor plans, designed for exchange and the relationship between people. It will have multiple use rooms (auditorium) and cafeteria area, all oriented to commercial events, staff meetings and recreation.
