Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The building located at the corner of Alem and Tres Sargentos is intended for office rental.
With reinforced concrete structure, large open floor plans and visuals to the city and the river, the quality of the interior space is really significant .
The project with 14 stories high and 3 underground parking levels, is located in the Retiro neighborhood of the City of Buenos Aires. It is a strategic location near the city center and the banking district.

The users of the building can take advantage of the vast public transport network and the various services around it.

The Buenos Aires firm DHFB designed the building, considering its site location and the relationship with the environment to achieve the integration of the building with the existing context.
The aim was to reduce the negative impact of the building on the environment and the people who use it.

Boutique Work is a corporate office complex in the Palermo neighborhood, in the capital of Buenos Aires.
The development consists of three first-class sustainable office buildings, designed by the international studio Fx Fowle, in New York. The design make it posible to live with the neighboring buildings harmoniously integrating the urban structure of the area, offering wide visuals thanks to its fully glazed facade.

The general design objectives of this sustainable building consider a set of new measures in relation to: sustainable site planning taking care of the environment, rational use of water, responsible material selection, resource conservation and waste and quality management of the indoor environment.

Pellegrini 719 is a mixed-use building, that combines offices and parking spaces for rent.
This office building has 14 floors for rent, and the parking lots are distributed in four underground levels, part of the ground floor and on the first four levels on the back side of the building.

Located in the Retiro neighborhood, the location is ideal to provide a wide network of public transport plus numerous services nearby.
 
Buenos Aires architecture firm Grimaldi - Nacht designed the building. The structure is made of reinforced concrete and the large and open floor plans provide ideal spaces to work.
The firm was particularly concerned about reducing the negative impact of the building on the environment and on users.

The new GERARDO ARANGO building of the Faculty of Arts is the materialization of a long-awaited dream. It welcomes the existing programs such as Musical Studies Degree, Performing Arts Degree, Visual Arts Degree, Master's Degree in Music, Master's Degree in Audiovisual Creation and Children's and Youth Arts Program.

Developed under the precepts of sustainability and care for the environment, it has a lighting system governed by schedules, with occupancy and daylight sensors, efficient faucets that improve water consumption, and green roof that helps save energy for the conditioning system due to its thermal values. In addition, a special system of windows with sunscreens was built-in offering beautiful views towards the adjacent park.

The building obtained his Final EDGE certificate in 2019.

This project, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Labor Development (Centro de Desarrollo Emprendedor y Laboral) known as CeDEL, is located in the largest neighborhood of Buenos Aires (Villa 31). The project itself is a sample of a city government plan for the social and urban integration of the neighborhood. This model will certainly enhance its quality life style. The main objective is to help people access better jobs through training programs.

The building has reflective walls, reduction of water use by means of low consumption faucets, and solar collectors on top. It obtained the EDGE certificate in 2017 showing a reduction in energy of almost 38%, 23% in water and 63% in the use of materials.

Altman EcoOffice consists of a sustainable office building in one of the most central areas of Buenos Aires.
The project focuses on the development of a sustainable and distinctive design to create an emblematic building for the city.

The tower has 13 floors of offices, including a cafeteria, a gym, a sales area and playgrounds on terraces. It also has 3 levels of parking spaces below ground.

Since 1948 Altman Construcciones S.A. has built 57 residential properties in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, however, Altman EcoOffice is the first office/corporate building the company does.

Antiguo Puerto Madero Corporation is a project located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood, on the third floor of the Madero Center building. The particular location of the building take advantage of the services and public transport available in the neighborhood.

The interior design project seeks the certification under the requirements of LEED Commercial Interior 2009. Persuing to reduce the impact of the building on the environment and at the same time improving the quality of the interior space for users, the  Corporation manages to create workspaces that benefit users.
