The variety of sustainable characteristics led the building to obtain the EDGE Design certification and is now in the process of a LEED New Construction certification, and a second and new EDGE under construction certificate.
The project obtained its first EDGE certificate in 2017 with a reduction in Energy of 28.90%, 57.37% in water and 37.27% in the use of materials.
