The Lipsia building is located in the heart of the City of Buenos Aires with easy and fast access by subway and numerous bus lines.

Elegant and impressive, with recently recycled floor plans, the building has two main entrances. Its offices enjoy natural light in all areas of work, creating better work efficiency and thus contributing to energy savings.

LIPSIA established its strategy with that of sustainability in their plans for renovation of buildings and expecting to obtain the LEED Existing Building certification.
