Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This project consists in the relocation of its corporate base in the new and redeveloped neighborhood, Parque Patricios.

It will be the first office project developed by Foster + Partners in Argentina. It focuses on the development of a sustainable and distinctive design that reinforces the unique character of the neighborhood in which it is located.

This is the first government building of the City with a Leed certification.
