Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Hospital Aleman (German Hospital) was founded in the 19th century with the idea of creating a free care center for Germans and their descendants in Argentina.

Now the Hospital extend its capacity by adding a large new sector called Torre Juncal II.
The building has VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) AC units, rainwater collection for toilets, double hermetic glass windows, efficient gardening system and reduction of water consumption.

The project obtained its EDGE Design certificate in 2017 with a reduction in Energy of 29.05%, 30.30% in water and 43.99% in the use of materials.
