Banco Provincia Neuquén

Location: Neuquén, Neuquén, Argentina.

The BPN Tower is part of the constructions called “smart building” or intelligent building, since all its elements will be monitored by means of a computerized building management system, called “BMS Building Manager System”.

The building, whose construction began in July 2014, has a basement for 70 vehicles, 20 bicycle stands, training rooms and an auditorium for 200 people, open work spaces with capacity for 50 working stations per floor, dining room and deck, 25 meeting rooms , informal meeting spaces on each floor, internal patios. It matches the LEED standards certification, direct connection with the company headquarters and new branches. The building also has sun protection outside structures for light and heat regulation plus a fire detection system, among other outstanding features.

National Government House

National Government House

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project was about the partial remodeling, retrofitting and enhancement of the second floor of the Government House building (Casa Rosada) located in the center of the city of Buenos Aires. It includes an office area of ​​21,250 sqft.

The Building reduced its energy use, water consumption and improved indoor air quality, demonstrating its commitment to environmental and sustainable design. The use of recycled materials, alternative transport policies, low consumption lighting technology and high efficiency equipment is part of the project scope.

Antiguo Puerto Madero Corporation

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Antiguo Puerto Madero Corporation is a project located in the Puerto Madero neighborhood, on the third floor of the Madero Center building. The particular location of the building take advantage of the services and public transport available in the neighborhood.

The interior design project seeks the certification under the requirements of LEED Commercial Interior 2009. Persuing to reduce the impact of the building on the environment and at the same time improving the quality of the interior space for users, the  Corporation manages to create workspaces that benefit users.

CeDEL - Barrio 31

CeDEL - Barrio 31

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This project, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Labor Development (Centro de Desarrollo Emprendedor y Laboral) known as CeDEL, is located in the largest neighborhood of Buenos Aires (Villa 31). The project itself is a sample of a city government plan for the social and urban integration of the neighborhood. This model will certainly enhance its quality life style. The main objective is to help people access better jobs through training programs.

The building has reflective walls, reduction of water use by means of low consumption faucets, and solar collectors on top. It obtained the EDGE certificate in 2017 showing a reduction in energy of almost 38%, 23% in water and 63% in the use of materials.

HEAD OF GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BUENOS AIRES

HEAD OF GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF BUENOS AIRES

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Norman Foster, winning architect of the 1999 Pritzker Prize, owner of the mega studio, Foster + Partners, with base in London, and with offices in 13 cities around the world, has just opened its second building in Buenos Aires: the headquarters of the City Head of Government.  The monolithic building occupies the entire block bounded by Uspallata, Iguazú, Los Patos and Atuel streets, in the Parque Patricios neighborhood, and is part of the new and thriving Technological District.

The building achieved the LEED Gold Certification. Among the fundamental aspects that helped to achieve this award as sustainable building, is the quality of indoor air. When walking through it, is remarkable that, despite being a building without divisions, with glass facades and without suspended ceilings, the interior temperature is allways constant and very comfortable.

YPF Housing Units - Barrio 31

YPF Housing Units - Barrio 31

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The YPF Housing project is part of the redevelopment of Barrio 31 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aire. This neighborhood is one of the oldest informal settlements in the capital of the country, with a population of more than 35,000 inhabitants, very little infrastructure and a great lack of social and environmental services.

The idea of the housing project is to take an area used at this time for YPF company warehouses and renovate it with apartment units for families living today in the neighborhood.

It was decided to obtain an EDGE certification, as part of the program to promote environmental care, as well as reduction of electricity and water consumption.

The project obtained the FINAL EDGE certification in 2019.
