Location: La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The New Estudiantes de La Plata Stadium project has about 290,000 sqft. and is the first Stadium with EDGE certification in the world.

The stadium has opened its doors in November 2019. The stadium included different sustainable criteria within the EDGE regulations such as the incorporation of both interior and exterior LED lights for the entire project, high efficiency fixtures to embrace a class A interior spaces. The project got achievedment on the Heat Island Reduction with the utilization of paints and reflective materials for the roofs, and the use of Alternative Energies: Photovoltaic panels and Wind Energy.

This is the first project of Eduardo F. Costantini in creative association with Alan Faena, maximum exponents of real estate in our country. Consultatio bought the last available piece of land in Puerto Madero, on the water mirror of Dock 2 and will make a total investment of approximately 120 million dollars.

Oceana Puerto Madero will be the last development of the Faena District. The two buildings will add approximately 280,000sqft. living area and more than 430,000 of total area.

The project will respect the urban environment and the identity of a century-old history area.

QIUB is a project that is developed on a plot of 25,700sqft that faces three streets of an atypical block.
The land is located on the corner of Juan B. Justo and Honduras, and has also access through Humboldt street. It will have 150,000sqft of office space.

The building will be a 27-story office tower, which will have 3 commercial premises, 8 movie theaters, a food court and a parking garage. Offices with a total area from 730 to 1,000sqft , in the lower part of the tower (3rd to 6th floors), and then floor plans from 5,700sqft total, with offices of 1,500sqft to 1,800sqft.

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lex Tower will be distinguished by its curved format and by being all glazed.
It will be erected between Paraná and Uruguay streets, where the emblematic Politeama theater was functioning, and now its reopening, in a new room, is part of the project.

It will have a double height entrance and the offices will go from 430sqft to full floors of 9,700sqft, all with important views thanks to the glass front without partitions (Curtain Wall System). Offices will have kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.

The project will have special parking areas for efficient vehicles, rainwater control, green roof and the use of regional materials, plus other sustainable elements, the building seeks to obtain the LEED CS certification.
