LUNA 24 is an office building located in Parque Patricios, Buenos Aires.
It has 6 floors for offices, a commercial space on the ground floor and a meeting area with green roof top.

It is designed under the precepts of sustainability, reaching its goal to reduce the energy consumption of the building, where energy savings could be achieved thanks to low-energy lighting and thermal insulation in exterior walls and ceilings.
On the other hand, the project managed to reduce water volumes using efficient faucets.
Various materials were chosen that allowed reducing energy consumption thus generating a lower impact on the environment. all these measures generate a positive impact on energy savings and CO2 emissions.

The project obtained his final EDGE certificate in 2019.

The new office building developed by the emblematic local architects Estudio Dujovne & Hirsch dedicates efforts on the concepts of sustainability to obtain the LEED certification.

Located in the excellent neighborhood of Nuñez, City of Buenos Aires, this project achieved its certification with LEED Silver rating.
With a total built area of 180,500 sqft, developed by New Fidu, the project has offices, commercial premises and parking spaces.

Libertador 8400 is characterized by its high commitment to the environment thanks to the incorporation of efficient faucets to achieve reductions in water consumption, VRV (variable refrigerant volume) cooling system, low consumption lighting to increase energy efficiency, patios and terraces will have native vegetation, and waste recycling was organized from the beginning of the work and will continue in the operation of the building.

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project consists on the execution of an office building located in Catulo Castillo Street 2633, between Catamarca St.and Jujuy Ave., in the polygon of the Technological District of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in order to achieve a reorganization of the subsystems located in the area, the geographic concentration of resources and the use of economies to position the City as the Latin American Capital of Technology.

It collaborates with the development of an academic community oriented to science and technology, it also includes an Infrastructure Plan and a Security Plan to modernize the South area of the city.

The project is located in a site of of 160 x 29 feet front, and corresponds to the Circumscription 2, Section 24, Block 55 and Parcel 24.

Location: Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

LUMINA PANAMERICANA II is an office building, located in Sargento Cabral 3770, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Building II: of a rentable area of 67,500 sqft., in floor plans of approximately 13,000 sqft. The building has 6 floors with parking on the ground and underground levels.
LUMINA PANAMERICANA is an avant-garde design development composed of three free perimeter buildings that make up a complex of purely corporate offices and that meet the typical high standards that multinationals demand.

Its location is close to the intersection of the Panamericana Highway and Debenedetti St., Vicente López district, where there is an excellent option for public transport and services. A few meters away is one of the most important shopping centers in the north area of Buenos Aires.

Location: San Isidro, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Lumina San Isidro is the largest development of the Lumina Group. Located in the intersection of Panama and Cuyo streets, San Isidro.
Situated on a 9,9 acres of land, it will be a construction of 460,000sqft of rentable area with little more than 1000 parking spots.
All the avant-garde criteria available in the market are applied to the project. The sustainable concepts applied since the genesis of the project will lead to a LEED certification.

There will be two modules of offices of 226,000 sqft each, with units of just over 54,000 sqft, which position it as the project with the largest floor plans in the San Isidro district and about the largest in the market.

LUMINA FLORIDA II is an excellent corporate office building located in Vicente López.

It has 10 floors of offices with visuals to the city and natural lighting. Developed under the LEED precepts, this building has low consumption lighting, low VOC materials, efficient fittings and an intelligent thermal conditioning system.

Location: Olivos, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

LUMINA OLIVOS is an office building, located in Blas Parera 3551, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The building has more than 160,000 sqft of rentable space, including office floors, and commercial premises on the ground level.
The building designed by Mario Roberto Alvarez and associates has three continuous curtain Wall facades, generating an interior of wide views and natural lighting.

The building has obtained the LEED CS v2009 certification with a Gold rating.
Several sustainability measures have been implemented from the design stage and during the construction process, which contemplate the reduction of water and energy consumption.
