Bouchard 710 Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Bouchard 710 is an office building acquired by IRSA S.A. in June 2005, and located in the Retiro area.
The building is a 12-story tower, whose average area per floor is 13,500 sqft. and the number of parking spaces reaches 180 units.

Among the tenants are Sibille S.C. (KPMG), Microsoft de Argentina S.A., Samsung Electronics Argentina S.A., Energy Consulting Services S.A. and Chubb Argentina de Seguros S.A.

The purpose of the project is to reduce the environmental impact of the building on the operations and maintenance of the property.
For this aspect, it is under process the improving of the purchase methods of the materials acquired for continuous use, reducing the amount of waste generated in the efficiency, improving maintenance and prevention plans, and increase global energy efficiency through practices of improvements in operation and maintenance.

The American Express building located in Plaza San Martín is placed in the Retiro area, in the City of Buenos Aires.
Being an area of great tourist attraction for its historical importance, the building has a great character in the area and places it as a reference within the City.

YPF Housing Units - Barrio 31

YPF Housing Units - Barrio 31

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The YPF Housing project is part of the redevelopment of Barrio 31 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aire. This neighborhood is one of the oldest informal settlements in the capital of the country, with a population of more than 35,000 inhabitants, very little infrastructure and a great lack of social and environmental services.

The idea of the housing project is to take an area used at this time for YPF company warehouses and renovate it with apartment units for families living today in the neighborhood.

It was decided to obtain an EDGE certification, as part of the program to promote environmental care, as well as reduction of electricity and water consumption.

The project obtained the FINAL EDGE certification in 2019.

Bridgestone

Bridgestone

Location: Lavallol, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Bridgestone project focuses on the development of a distinctive and sustainable design to create a training center.
This training center will have a workshop, training room, vehicle service, reception, restrooms, and a changing room for cyclists and runners.

The new building located at the Bridgestone Central Plant, in Llavallol, province of Buenos Aires, will take advantage of natural resources to minimize environmental impact.

The general design objectives for this sustainable building takes into account a set of new measures related to: sustainable site planning in consideration to the environment, rational use of water, responsible material selection, waste management , and indoor environmental quality.

Hospital Alemán

Hospital Alemán

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Hospital Aleman (German Hospital) was founded in the 19th century with the idea of creating a free care center for Germans and their descendants in Argentina.

Now the Hospital extend its capacity by adding a large new sector called Torre Juncal II.
The building has VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) AC units, rainwater collection for toilets, double hermetic glass windows, efficient gardening system and reduction of water consumption.

The project obtained its EDGE Design certificate in 2017 with a reduction in Energy of 29.05%, 30.30% in water and 43.99% in the use of materials.

Soluciones Informáticas Integrales

Soluciones Informáticas Integrales

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project consists on the execution of an office building located in Catulo Castillo Street 2633, between Catamarca St.and Jujuy Ave., in the polygon of the Technological District of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in order to achieve a reorganization of the subsystems located in the area, the geographic concentration of resources and the use of economies to position the City as the Latin American Capital of Technology.

It collaborates with the development of an academic community oriented to science and technology, it also includes an Infrastructure Plan and a Security Plan to modernize the South area of the city.

The project is located in a site of of 160 x 29 feet front, and corresponds to the Circumscription 2, Section 24, Block 55 and Parcel 24.
