ALLEY is a residential complex based on sustainability located in the Recoleta district. It consists of 2 small towers that are connected by a cobbled passage located on the second floor.
This project has apartment units, Single homes and commercial units.

The project is being submitted for EDGE certification.

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The building is a housing tower that was finished on 2019, at Ramsay Street 1895, in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

It has 9 apartments, grouped into different types. It has hydronic radiant floor systems, DVH glasses, LED lamps, presence sensors in common areas, sunscreens, clear exterior paints that help reduce the heat island.
These, among other measures, will help reduce energy consumption, reducing emissions from CO2 and providing greater comfort to the user.

The project was awarded with the EDGE Design certification in 2019

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Marquis Belgrano R, is a multifamily housing building that is under construction in the Belgrano neighborhood, Federal Capital.

The project has 2 underground parking levels, ground floor with commercial premises and 12 floors (11 for apartment units and 1 floor with common amenities). The houses are grouped into different models of 1, 2 and 4 bedrooms.

The project obtained its EDGE Preliminary Certificate in 2019.

Location: Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina.

The Diva complex is a high-rise building in a gated community located in the city of Córdoba, in the Alto Alberdi neighborhood.
The residential tower is located with free perimeter inside the lot, separating the pedestrian access from the vehicle. In addition there is a block of commercial premises and offices.
The entire building is surrounded by landscaped spaces with native vegetation, generating a green vast area complemented by the green roof of the shops. The structure is based on the Prenova construction system.

The location provides a public transport network that facilitates access, and various services for the benefit of the users.

Location: Lanús, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Villa Jardín and Acuba neighborhoods in Lanús have different types of housing ranging from apartment units to two-story houses.

The housing units will be submitted for EDGE certification due to their energy reductions thanks to low-energy lighting, water savings due to their efficient fittings and their high energy savings in materiality due to the use of CassaForma construction system.

This project got the EDGE Design certificate in 2019.

Location: Esteban Echeverría, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The JUAN PABLO II neighborhood in Esteban Echeverría has different types of housing typologies that include houses with 1 to 4 bedrooms.

The housing units will be submitted for EDGE certification due to their energy reductions thanks to low-energy lighting, water savings due to their efficient fittings and their high energy savings in building material due to the CassaForma construction system used.

JUAN PABLO II got the EDGE Design certification in 2019.
