Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

This emblematic office building was like the first of many other "smart" towers that were built along Bouchard Street.

After the feasibility study, it was possible to analyze the chances of obtaining the LEED certification with a minimum value on the cost of the investment with a reduction in energy consumption of 7%.


IRSA S.A. established its strategy with that of sustainability in their plans for renovation of buildings and expecting to obtain the LEED Existing Building certification.

Lipsia Building

Lipsia Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Lipsia building is located in the heart of the City of Buenos Aires with easy and fast access by subway and numerous bus lines.

Elegant and impressive, with recently recycled floor plans, the building has two main entrances. Its offices enjoy natural light in all areas of work, creating better work efficiency and thus contributing to energy savings.

BAHÁÍ Temple of South America

BAHÁÍ Temple of South America

Location: Peñañolén, Chile.

A domed structure with nine accesses that, symbolically, welcome people from all directions of the earth for the praise and glorification of God. Each wing is composed as a leaf, where the main stem and secondary steel veins support the molten glass lining.
Three translucent perimeter bands tie the leaves forming an integral set.

This temple will be the first one under LEED standards in the entire region of South America.
