The Maria Elena Walsh Educational Center project to be located in the Barrio 31 of the city of Buenos Aires, will be a 268,500 sqft. construction, and will have three educational establishments: an initial school, an elementary school and a senior education center.
In addition, it will be the headquarters of the Ministry of Education of the City of Buenos Aires.
The incorporation of this building into the neighborhood is expected to generate a significant commercial growth for the entire area that will surround the building within Barrio 31.
Thanks to the dedication of the building to sustainability and environmental impact, the project obtained the EDGE certification in 2017 with a reduction in Energy of 38.57%, 46.84% in water and 25.11% in the use of materials .
Location: Lanús, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Villa Jardín and Acuba neighborhoods in Lanús have different types of housing ranging from apartment units to two-story houses.
The housing units will be submitted for EDGE certification due to their energy reductions thanks to low-energy lighting, water savings due to their efficient fittings and their high energy savings in materiality due to the use of CassaForma construction system.
This project got the EDGE Design certificate in 2019.

The JUAN PABLO II neighborhood in Esteban Echeverría has different types of housing typologies that include houses with 1 to 4 bedrooms.

JUAN PABLO II got the EDGE Design certification in 2019.

The building for the offices of Juegos de Azar Neuquén, has seven floors plus two underground levels, and is being built at the intersection of Carlos H. Rodríguez and the boulevard Marcelo T. de Alvear, in the city of Neuquén. The project shares spaces with the Civil Registry and Capacity of People (Registro Civil y Capacidad de las Personas)
This project is the first state building with a LEED Sustainable Certification in the province of Neuquén, Argentina.

This project consists in the relocation of its corporate base in the new and redeveloped neighborhood, Parque Patricios.
It will be the first office project developed by Foster + Partners in Argentina. It focuses on the development of a sustainable and distinctive design that reinforces the unique character of the neighborhood in which it is located.
This is the first government building of the City with a Leed certification.
