Cassaecol is a housing project created by Cassaforma (Integral Building System). The project has an area of 1400 sqft

This design is supposed to be a prototype of a self-sufficient and sustainable house. However, the most important thing was to demonstrate the Cassaforma productsit constructive capacity in terms of energy savings.

The project obtained the EDGE certificate in 2017 with a reduction in Energy of 61.21%, 26.25% in water and 30.86% in the use of materials.

YPF Housing Units - Barrio 31

YPF Housing Units - Barrio 31

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The YPF Housing project is part of the redevelopment of Barrio 31 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aire. This neighborhood is one of the oldest informal settlements in the capital of the country, with a population of more than 35,000 inhabitants, very little infrastructure and a great lack of social and environmental services.

The idea of the housing project is to take an area used at this time for YPF company warehouses and renovate it with apartment units for families living today in the neighborhood.

It was decided to obtain an EDGE certification, as part of the program to promote environmental care, as well as reduction of electricity and water consumption.

The project obtained the FINAL EDGE certification in 2019.

Housing of Miradores

Housing of Miradores

Location: City of Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina

 

Housing of Miradores belongs to the master plan "Manantiales", a neighborhood development of diverse uses, located in Córdoba.
The key attributes in the project is to provide interested parties with a series of spaces for social and shared approachto the environments that promote a sense of connection and community, encouraging people to move around buildings to find a place suitable for recreation. Shops, sports centers, clubhouse and a chapel, are some of the facilities with asphalt street patterns and bicycle network.

The project obtains the EDGE certification in 2017. Two typologies were analyzed separately obtaining similar values in the reduction in energy 65%, in water 20% and in the use of materials in 50%.

Oceana Puerto Madero

Oceana Puerto Madero

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

This is the first project of Eduardo F. Costantini in creative association with Alan Faena, maximum exponents of real estate in our country. Consultatio bought the last available piece of land in Puerto Madero, on the water mirror of Dock 2 and will make a total investment of approximately 120 million dollars.

Oceana Puerto Madero will be the last development of the Faena District. The two buildings will add approximately 280,000sqft. living area and more than 430,000 of total area.

The project will respect the urban environment and the identity of a century-old history area.

Palacio Paz XXI

Palacio Paz XXI

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Palacio Paz XXI is a new building for residences and professional studios, with a main access from Plaza San Martin, and another on Esmeralda Street. It has exclusive internal views over the old Palace and to the entire interior garden.

This project fuses architecture, design, art and technology. The birth of a project that reinterprets the city, perfect synthesis between past, present and future.

Nautilo Building

Nautilo Building

Location: Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.

Nautilo is a residential building developed by the construction company Ezetia and designed by the architects Enrique Aronson and Marcelo Gonano. It is strategically located in one of the most important corners of the city (Av. Pellegrini and Buenos Aires) and will occupy a total area of 44,000sqft. It will have of 35 apartment units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

Among the sustainable measures, they introduced the reuse of rainwater for the discharge of toilets, solar panels for lighting of common spaces and a central boiler for heating and hot water which consumes less energy than the sum of individual units having much better control which increases energy savings.

B612 - BARILOCHE, is a group of houses located in a piece of land with a slope to the city of Bariloche. It has 15 units with typologies ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms.

This project was awarded with the EDGE Design certificate on 2019
