Banco Provincia Neuquén

Location: Neuquén, Neuquén, Argentina.

The BPN Tower is part of the constructions called “smart building” or intelligent building, since all its elements will be monitored by means of a computerized building management system, called “BMS Building Manager System”.

The building, whose construction began in July 2014, has a basement for 70 vehicles, 20 bicycle stands, training rooms and an auditorium for 200 people, open work spaces with capacity for 50 working stations per floor, dining room and deck, 25 meeting rooms , informal meeting spaces on each floor, internal patios. It matches the LEED standards certification, direct connection with the company headquarters and new branches. The building also has sun protection outside structures for light and heat regulation plus a fire detection system, among other outstanding features.

National Government House

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project was about the partial remodeling, retrofitting and enhancement of the second floor of the Government House building (Casa Rosada) located in the center of the city of Buenos Aires. It includes an office area of ​​21,250 sqft.

The Building reduced its energy use, water consumption and improved indoor air quality, demonstrating its commitment to environmental and sustainable design. The use of recycled materials, alternative transport policies, low consumption lighting technology and high efficiency equipment is part of the project scope.

Prisma Card Payment Services

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The PRISMA project was about the remodeling of their offices towards sustainability in one of the most central areas of Argentina.
It focuses on the development of a sustainable and distinctive design to create an iconic building for the city.

Thanks to the variety of sustainable characteristics incorporated in the building the project obtained the LEED CI certification, demonstrating its commitment to environmental and sustainable design.
Regional materials, recycled materials, purchase of green energy bonds, alternative transport policy, rainwater harvesting, high efficiency equipment and intelligent controls will be part of the project scope.

Madero Riverside Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Madero Riverside is a development of RAGHSA, and designed by Mario Roberto Álvarez y Asociados.
This AAA office building has the latest technology with 8 open space floors of 15,200 sqft, all with panoramic views and great flexibility of use, a complete open floor of 39,120 sqft with large natural light, and 275 parking spaces located in two underground levels, totaling almost 178,000 sqft of rentable space.

Madero Riverside has facilities that meet the most demanding international requirements, contributing to the care of the environment.

CitiBank Bartolome Mitre branch

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Citibank Mitre is a bank branch and office building located in the financial district of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The building was built in 1980.

Citibank chose LEED for Existing Buildings (EBOM) to support the environmental efforts that had been made in recent years, providing new opportunities for additional energy and water savings and certify the building's operations as the best in its class.

The Citibank B. Miter branch is a building located at the intersection of Bartolomé Mitre and San Martín streets. It is in the financial hub of the district of San Nicolás, city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, located in the very center of the governmental, commercial and financial area.

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The project Libertador 8614 is a construction of an office building located on Avenida Del Libertador, in the northern part of the City of Buenos Aires.

The underground floors and the ground level are intended to be a parking area, and on the ground floor also, there is an important shop area of double height. It has fourteen office floors with double sanitary cores on each floor, and a top floor for multipurpose uses.

Libertador 8614 is a building that provides innovation for sustainability and efficiency. Integrating aspects to achieve more efficiency, the project provides greater performance with minimal resources, so the project has been awarded with the Gold LEED Core and Shell certification.

Makro Wholesale Supermarket - Pilar

Location: Pilar, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Makro Pilar is a branch of the MAKRO Wholesale Supermarkets, located in the Pilar district, province of Buenos Aires.
This Makro building has 82,000 sqft, with a ground floor and 1 upper floor.

MAKRO constantly focuses on building a sustainable and distinctive workspace. The variety of sustainable characteristics led the building to obtain the EDGE Design certification and is now in the process of a LEED New Construction certification, and a second and new EDGE under construction certificate.

The project obtained its first EDGE certificate in 2017 with a reduction in Energy of 28.90%, 57.37% in water and 37.27% in the use of materials.

Alem 882 Building

Alem 882 Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

The building located at the corner of Alem and Tres Sargentos is intended for office rental.
With reinforced concrete structure, large open floor plans and visuals to the city and the river, the quality of the interior space is really significant .
The project with 14 stories high and 3 underground parking levels, is located in the Retiro neighborhood of the City of Buenos Aires. It is a strategic location near the city center and the banking district.

The users of the building can take advantage of the vast public transport network and the various services around it.

The Buenos Aires firm DHFB designed the building, considering its site location and the relationship with the environment to achieve the integration of the building with the existing context.
The aim was to reduce the negative impact of the building on the environment and the people who use it.

Boutique Work 1, 2, & 3

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Boutique Work is a corporate office complex in the Palermo neighborhood, in the capital of Buenos Aires.
The development consists of three first-class sustainable office buildings, designed by the international studio Fx Fowle, in New York. The design make it posible to live with the neighboring buildings harmoniously integrating the urban structure of the area, offering wide visuals thanks to its fully glazed facade.

The general design objectives of this sustainable building consider a set of new measures in relation to: sustainable site planning taking care of the environment, rational use of water, responsible material selection, resource conservation and waste and quality management of the indoor environment.

Pellegrini 719 Building

Pellegrini 719 Building

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Pellegrini 719 is a mixed-use building, that combines offices and parking spaces for rent.
This office building has 14 floors for rent, and the parking lots are distributed in four underground levels, part of the ground floor and on the first four levels on the back side of the building.

Located in the Retiro neighborhood, the location is ideal to provide a wide network of public transport plus numerous services nearby.
 
Buenos Aires architecture firm Grimaldi - Nacht designed the building. The structure is made of reinforced concrete and the large and open floor plans provide ideal spaces to work.
The firm was particularly concerned about reducing the negative impact of the building on the environment and on users.
