The Villa Jardín and Acuba neighborhoods in Lanús have different types of housing ranging from apartment units to two-story houses.

The housing units will be submitted for EDGE certification due to their energy reductions thanks to low-energy lighting, water savings due to their efficient fittings and their high energy savings in materiality due to the use of CassaForma construction system.

This project got the EDGE Design certificate in 2019.
