Caja Mutual de San Cristóbal is an interior design project that is in the process to reach the highest standards of sustainability in all possible categories. The project seeks to achieve LEED CI v4 certification, incorporating the new parameters established by the regulations, resulting in a maximum efficiency project.
The remodeling of the sector, with the architecture elaborated by ESARQ, is proposed in different stages.
Work strategies, water and energy saving strategies, and operation and maintenance strategies that will guarantee the correct operation and comfort of the users are implemented in the project.
