The LABORATORY BUILDING of the Faculty of Engineering of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, is located in Bogotá, Colombia.

The building is a tower that will hold 1000 students. The program includes classrooms, laboratories, workshops, meeting rooms, computer classrooms, public meeting and socialization spaces, public work spaces, engineering testing shops.

This project obtained the preliminary EDGE certification, due to its savings in energy, water and use of materials.
It has low consumption lighting, occupancy and light sensors, low flow efficient faucets, reflecting glass with efficient thermal values, landscaping and an intelligent thermal conditioning system with significant energy savings.
