Energy Audit

Location: City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

This office building is imposed with its modern style in the old neighborhood of Monserrat, in the southern part of the city of Buenos Aires.
With a complete metal structure and high ceilings, it was designed by renowned architect Mario Roberto Álvarez who determined the project based on the location of the land, integrating it into its surrounding buildings and, fundamentally, joining the urban space, allowing visuals to the Río de la Plata.
It has large open floors with generous surfaces and the appreciation of the internal facades.
