The project is located in recently developed piece of land in the city of Córdoba.

The development of the commercial project includes three premises that include offices and meeting rooms, as well as a dining area on the ground floor with a generously sized lobby, making this Corporate Building a comfortable and flexible place to work.
An underground level, includes an auditorium, parking spaces, showers and changing rooms.

The building also offers accessible terraces and patios open to nature that surrounds the building for recreation and well-being of the occupants.
