TO OBTAIN THE LEED® CERTIFICATION OUR TEAM WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH AN ANALYSIS OF THE BUILDING, FLOOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO CLEARLY ESTABLISH THE OBJECTIVES.

In the first stage of the LEED Certification, a Sustainable Manual will be developed for the building in question where several of the consultants and work team's questions will be answered.

At the same time we highlight some aspects of the project before the GBCI (Green Building Council Institute)

• Matrix generation of roles and responsibilities;
• Coordination of those responsible for the preparation of documentation required by the USGBC;
• Assistance to the design and construction team;
• Respond to the USGBC inquiries.
